The billing address is used on invoices, tax receipts and other accounting documents, and Czech law requires to store this information at least for 10 years since the day of purchase.
The e-mail addresses of users whom you have assigned the licenses are used to verify the identity of the user when interacting with DotVVM for Visual Studio or downloading packages from DotVVM Private Nuget feed.
Without this information, the order cannot be processed by us. We may send e-mails concerning your order and product license to your e-mail address.

Who has access to personal information
The personal information storedy by us can be accessed only by RIGANTI s.r.o. executives, or by its employees or contractor, while the employee/contractor access is always restricted only for the time and extent required to complete their assigned tasks. All employees and contractors working with personal information have signed Non Disclosure Agreement with RIGANTI s.r.o.
All data and infrastructure powering this website and services offered, follows all common industry standards and security best practices. The server software is updated regularly, all data transfers and stores use encryption. Credit card information is not stored or even transmitted through our network or infrastructure - credit card information is transmitted directly to payment service provider (Braintree).
